All sales of custom embroidered goods are final. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

That being said, I am only human, and if an error occurs on my part (such as a mistake with your order or embroidery), I am more than happy to work with you to resolve the issue as best I can. Your satisfaction is important to me, and I will do everything I can to make things right!
